Amesbury Girls Basketball Falls in State Semi Final Game at Garden to Arch Bishop Williams 55-51/ Post Game Videos – Photos

BOSTON – (Videos & Photos) The Arch Bishop Williams girls basketball team rallied Monday afternoon at the Boston Garden to defeat Amesbury High School 55-51 in the MIAA Girls Division 3 State semi final game. Flannery O’Connor (So) lead Amesbury in scoring with 21 points, teammates Madison Napoli (Sr) and Allison Napoli (Fr) each had 10 points. Asiah Dingle led the Archies with 18 points followed by a 17 point performance by Meagan Donovan.

Amesbury led at the end of the first quarter 16-8, at halftime 26-22, and at the end of three quarters 39-35. ABW came out strong in the fourth quarter to finish off the game to earn the win.
