The Wenham Board of Assessors will be continuing their regular cyclical inspections in compliance with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue guidelines. A data collector, Stacy Dunn of Wheeler Appraisal Services, has been contracted to conduct property inspections. Interior and exterior inspection takes approximately 15 minutes to verify accuracy of our property card data.
Per Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 653, Section 40, Acts of 1989 (accepted at Town Meeting May 2, 1992) the Board of Assessors is also conducting building permit site visits through the end of June 2026. Property inspections take approximately 15 minutes and will be performed by the Principal Assessor with proper town issued identification.
