NORTH SHORE – Two suspects in a Lynn homicide turned themselves in to Lynn Police yesterday and will be arraigned in Lynn District Court today. On Saturday, July 15th, Lynn Police responded to a reported fight outside of 110 Newhall Street. Police found Isaac Suggs, 44, of the same address, in need of medical attention. He was transported to Salem Hospital and subsequently med-flighted to Massachusetts General Hospital. He had sustained injuries indicating he had been repeatedly beaten and kicked Mr. Suggs died of his injuries on Monday (7/17) morning.
Arrested: James BELMER, 22 years old and Jasmin GARCIA, 25 years old, both of Lynn, will be arraigned for murder in connection with Suggs’ death.
