GLOUCESTER – Gloucester Police Community Impact Unit Director Lt. Jeremiah Nicastro, along with School Rescource Officers Peter Sutera and Mike Scola, were on hand with assorted dignitaries at Gloucester City Hall, for the presentation of a multi-purpose vehicle to the unit.
According to Lieutenant Nicastro, the donation of the refurbished vehicle was a collaboration among the Cape Ann Transportation Authority, Bank Gloucester, and the Cape Ann Savings Bank.
