MIAA Spring Tournament Brackets

In high school tournament sports –

Baseball
St. Mary’s takes on Milton today at Holy Cross at 4:30 in a state semifinal game.
Hamilton-Wenham meets St John Paul tonight at 7 at BC High.
Georgetown plays Hopkins today at 4 in Milford.
Softball

Georgetown has a semifinal match-up against Hopedale tomorrow at UMass Lowell.

Boys Lacrosse
Semifinal games today
St. John’s Prep vs. BC High at Burlington High (7:30)
Manchester-Essex vs. Nantucket at Scituate HS 3:30
Ipswich vs. Cohasset at Scituate HS at 6:00
Girls Lacrosse
Ipswich beat Manchester-Essex yesterday 12-6 and they will meet Sandwich for the state D4 title later this week.
Boys Tennis State Semifinals
Marblehead vs. Westborough today at 4 at Newton North High School
Newburyport meets Wayland tomorrow at St. John’s Prep at 4
Hamilton-Wenham edged Manchester-Essex yesterday 3-2 and the Generals will play for a state title against Mystic Valley later this week.
Girls Tennis (semifinals)
Swampscott to take on Dover Sherborn in Westford tomorrow afternoon
Hamilton-Wenham plays Bromfield tomorrow in Shrewsbury.
Manchester-Essex punched their ticket to the state finals yesterday with a 3-2 win over Ipswich. The date and time of the finals has not been released.
The Red Sox lost to the Rays 3-1 last night, game two of the series is tonight in St. Petersburg.
