City of Lynn – Trash Day Update

Image

City of PeabodyThis week, the week of April 15th, is your first opportunity to dispose of leaves and other yard waste curbside.

****A special note**** With Monday’s Patriot’s Day holiday, trash, recycling and yard waste pickup will operate on a one-day delay. So, if your regular pickup day is Monday, next week it will be on Tuesday instead, and then continue on a one-day delay throughout the week.
Mayor Bettencourt has scheduled several dates for curbside leaf and yard waste collection.
Curbside pick-up of leaves and other yard waste is scheduled for the weeks of April 15th, April 29th, May 13th, and May 27th. During these designated weeks, on your regular trash pickup day, you may leave your leaves and yard waste in paper bags or barrels. There is no charge for curbside leaf collection here in Peabody. Please also note that you may take yard waste to the Department of Public Services, 50 Farm Avenue any weekday during regular business hours. The Department of Public Services is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
