Marblehead – Ed Bell has been retired for nearly ten years. The Marblehead resident has a distinguished news career covering greater Boston’s top news events in leading the newsrooms of WBZ radio, WHDH radio and television, Associated Press, and working at the Salem News. Currently Bell active with a variety of projects. He hosts a weekly news / community based interview program on MHTV introducing Marblehead residents to guests with a specific interest to Marblehead. Bell is also an active volunteer for a variety of north shore based organizations and an international charity, Shelter Box.
