Manchester-by-the-Sea Fire Department – FD personnel extinguished a small brush fire in the woods near upper Pine St. Wednesday afternoon. It appears that an unattended and partially extinguished illegal campfire may have reignited with the high winds and set the nearby leaves on fire.
