GLOUCESTER – Evan Mason scored 24 points to lead Gloucester (1-1) to and 81-57 win over Saugus (0-2) at the Benjamin Smith Fieldhouse at Gloucester High School. Gloucester was outscored 8-0 to open up the game before coming back for a 2-point lead (17-15) at the end of the first quarter. The Fishermen never trailed after that. (More details later)
