Nahant School Committee is Closing in on Selecting New Superintendent – 3 Finalists Named

NAHANT – The Nahant School Committee has announced that they have selected three finalists to interview to become the town’s next school superintendent. (The three finalists below)

Mr. Anthony Pierantozzi has held multiple Superintendent positions including the City of Somerville, the Dennis-Yarmouth School District, and the Odessa-Montour (NY) District. He has served as a principal for the Ithica (NY) School District and as Dean of Students for Barnstable Public Schools. He has a Masters in Educational Administration from Salem State.

Dr. Harry Fensom has over 20 years experience serving as Superintendent for four New Hampshire school districts. His background also includes sixteen years experience as a Special Education teacher. He has an Ed.H in Educational Administration from Syracuse University and a Masters in Educational Psychology from Montclair State.

Dr. Marc Kerble has twelve years experience serving as the Superintendent for Newburyport Public Schools and Assistant Superintendent for Winchester Public Schools. He’s held a variety of other positions including 15 years as a Special Needs teacher in Peabody Public Schools. He has an Ed.H in Leadership in Schooling for the University of Lowell and a Masters in Elementary School Education from Salem State.
