MARBLEHEAD (Videos & Photos) Marblehead High School defeated Danvers High School today 7-2, leaving both teams with 7-1 records. Marblehead was led by pitcher Charlotte Plakans (SO) 10 strikeouts and at the plate she had two doubles and two RBIs. Montana Joyce hit a homerun to left center field in the 6th inning for Marblehead. Both players are featured below in a video interview. Paige Wodarski hit a two run homerun for Danvers. Marblehead will play Winthrop next while Danvers will host Saugus Tuesday afternoon.
