MARBLEHEAD – Mike Giardi has been on the Marblehead High School football coaching staff since 2008. 
This week he started his 4th year as boys head basketball coach at Marblehead. Giardi is Marblehead’s offensive coordinator under head coach Jim Rudloff. This week, with the football season extended for Saturday’s super bowl game and the start of the basketball season he is coaching both sports. As a three sports high school athlete he played football, basketball, and baseball at Salem High School. Giardi played college football (Quarterback) at Harvard University and is currently the color commentator on Harvard radio football broadcasts.
