A 16-year old JUVENILE male from Everett was arraigned in Lynn Juvenile Court today on gun charges in connection with a break-in at Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Square One Mall in Saugus early yesterday morning. Judge Garrett McManus ordered him held without bail pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for Friday, June 23, 2017.
The JUVENILE was charged with Breaking & Entering in the Nighttime for a Felony; Wanton Destruction of Property Over $250; Larceny of a Firearm; Carrying a Firearm without a License; and Possession of Ammunition without an FID card.
