GLOUCESTER – (Radio interview) The Gloucester Police Department’s “Angel” Program has been underway for more than 10 months, and according to Chief Lenny Campanello, more than 400 citizens have asked for and gotten help from the program. The program was cited recently in a New York Times article, and has been joined by dozens of law enforcement programs across the state and across the country.
