Gloucester Police – National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Dayt

💜 National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day 💜
Today, on National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day, the Gloucester Police Department recognizes the devastating impact fentanyl and substance use disorder continue to have on individuals, families, and communities across the country.
We also want to recognize Tito Rodrigues of the Gloucester Police Department’s Community Impact Unit, who has made it his mission to help individuals struggling with addiction and provide hope and support to some of the most vulnerable members of our community and beyond.
Throughout his time with the department, Tito has helped hundreds of individuals access treatment and rehabilitation, supporting many along their journey toward recovery and sobriety. His work goes far beyond connecting someone with services—he builds trust, follows up, and continues to be a lifeline for individuals and families navigating the challenges of addiction.
Tito is an invaluable member of our Community. We are incredibly grateful for his continued commitment, compassion, and dedication to those affected by this disease.
On National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day, we remember the lives lost, support those still struggling, celebrate those in recovery, and recognize the people like Tito who continue to make a difference.
