Drug Arrest – The Tewksbury Police Department arrested and charged Rusbel Agramonte Soto, age 27, of Lynn and he has been charged with

  • Trafficking More than 10 Grams of Fentanyl
  • Distribution of a Class B Substance

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, the Tewksbury Police Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop on an individual later identified as SOTO in the parking lot of a hotel on Andover Street. Detectives located 11 grams of fentanyl and 1.5 grams of crack cocaine and took SOTO into custody at the scene. Soto was scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in Lowell District Court. These are allegations. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
