DANVERS – (Videos & Photos) The Danvers girls basketball team opened the MIAA Division Two North tournament with a home 56-34 win against Somerville. Danvers will play the winner of Tuesday’s Arlington Catholic at Melrose game. Danvers was led by a 16 point effort from Elizabeth Montanari, 12 points from Siobhan Moriarty, and 11 points from Sarah Unczur. Somerville leading scorers were Destiny Augustin and Elizabeth McEwen each with 9 points. Danvers led by 19 points at the half.
