BEVERLY – (Photo Gallery) All the old stands or bleachers are gone at Hurd Stadium in Beverly. The new stadium seating has been reduced from 5,000 to 2,000. There will no longer be any stands and what was the home side of the field. However, the old home side of the field has been graded to allow fans to sit on the raised bank to view sporting events. The stands in the pictures are all new and are located on what was the away side of the field. Wednesday afternoon MSONEWSPORTS.COM did a photo shoot depicting the ongoing construction progress.
