Cape Ann League of Women Voters Sponsors GHS Presentation

GLOUCESTER – Cape Ann League of Women Voters President Hannah Kimberley and members June Michaels and Cynthia Bjorlie met with Gloucester High School students today in preparation for the students’ presentation of the pros and cons of the Massachusetts ballot questions on October 18.  Danielle Denman, Emily Frick, Molly Martin, and Alexa Barrett, all freshman in Shaun Goulart’s history class, will be among at least seven students who will be researching both sides of the four ballot questions.

The presentation will be held at the Gloucester High School lecture hall on October 18 at 7 p.m., and is open to the public.  A similar presentation will take place at the Rockport Community House two nights later with Rockport High School students taking part.
