GLOUCESTER – A 4-goal second period propelled the Winthrop Vikings (4-3-2) to a 5-4 win over the Gloucester Fishermen (4-4-1). The Vikings were led offensively by their first line of Henry Brooks, Charlie Page, and Sam Yarrow. Defensively, Noah Hodgkins and Dave Barry stood out, as did goalie Gregory Gill. Gloucester mounted a third-period comeback after trainling 5-2, but the young Winthrop squad was able to hang on for the win.
