Robert Palacious did a great job for Salem going 6 innings only give up 4 earned runs but some extended innings and 6 Extra base hits including 4 triples broke the game wide open for the Magicians.
Drew Whitman battle for 4 innings for the Magicians to get the win.
Senior Damien King and Sophomore Chris Cannuscio came in to clean it up.
Marblehead will travel to Peabody Friday afternoon and then a make up game with Beverly Saturday afternoon.

Ipswich (5-7) won its third match in a row. Top player Anastasiya Kozak won 6-0,6-0. The doubles tandem of Mackenzie Rokes and Zoe Forni came back to clinch the victory for the Tigers 2-6, 6-4,6-2. Beylen Curtis and Maggie McCormick won at 2nd doubles 6-1,6-1. Freshman Claire Buletza and Sophomore Tess OFlynn played well in losing efforts for Ipswich
