NEC HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL SCORE – Marblehead 3 Gloucester 10
Marblehead and Gloucester battled for 4 innings but Gloucester was able to take advantage of some key mistakes in the 5th to run away with a  10-3 victory.
Junior Grey Leventhal continues to stay hot with 3 hits and sophomore Will Dephillips had his first homerun in the loss.
Marblehead travels to Peabody Wednesday for another all important NEC Matchup.

pswich improved to 7-2 and got straight set victories from sophomores Mae Borgman 6-1, 6-2 Leila Harb 6-1, 6-1 and Junior Sarah Belford 6-0, 6-0.   Senior Abbie Allen and sophomore sister Phoebe won 6-1, 6-0 while senior Tea Princi teamed up with freshman Iris Blaise and won 6-2, 6-4.

Wednesday, we celebrated 2026 Cheryl Watson Award-winner, Victim/Witness Advocate Rocky Yaniv, who DA Tucker described as “an extraordinary person” who approaches cases with “empathy, patience, and understanding.” The award is named after the late chief of Victim/Witness Services.
