SALEM — Salem State second baseman Richard Fecteau (Newbury, Mass.) was named to the D3baseball.com Team of the Week after leading Salem State to consecutive Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) postseason championships. Fecteau went 2-for-3 with two home runs, three runs, three RBI and three walks in the Vikings’ 16-8 win over Mass Maritime in the title game. The senior batted .800 (12-15) during the tournament, with three home runs, two doubles, eight runs and compiled a 1.533 slugging percentage.
