Halloween Painted Pumpkin Contest
Calling all Manchester residents ages 12 and under! The Manchester Police Department is hosting a Painted Pumpkin Contest. Drop your pumpkin off on October 29 or 30 and be entered to win fun prizes from 4 Beach in Manchester! Pumpkins will be judged and displayed outside the Police Department on Halloween, October 31.
