Volleyball – Hamilton -Wenham coach Paul Turiano – “The Hamilton-Wenham Generals volleyball team swept the visiting Triton Vikings on Tuesday evening by a score of 3-0 (25-12, 25-23, 25-21). Great from the service line all night, the Generals recorded 25 aces as a team to just 5 service errors. HW rolled through the first set, but had to fight their way through some defensive struggles in the 2nd and 3rd in order to close out a scrappy Triton team. The Generals were led by junior Maddie Wilson’s 5 kills, senior Amber Scanlon’s 5 aces, and senior Grace Roebuck’s 7 digs. Senior Erin O’Bannon also played well in the team’s first set win.”
