Lynn Police Officer Ryan Dulong attended an informal meeting last Saturday in the Land of a Thousand Hills Cafe on Monroe Street. The meetings are scheduled to continue and will be held on the last Saturday of each month.
Land of A Thousand Hills Cafe located on Monroe Street is a non-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding an African Country half the size of Maryland (Rwanda). Rwanda experienced one of history’s most atrocious genocides in 1994 leaving close to 1 million people dead, orphaned, and widowed.
