Gloucester
As a courtesy, the City of Gloucester would like to share the upcoming cannon firing schedule at Stage Fort Park in celebration of Independence Day. The cannon will fire at the following times on July 4th:
- 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM (Noon)
- 3:00 PM
- 5:00 PM
- 8:00 PM
We kindly remind residents, particularly those with sensitivity to loud noises and pets, to make necessary arrangements during these times. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and participation in our community celebrations.

A huge congrats to Emma Penniman who, for the 2nd year, was named Softball Player of the Year by Daily News of Newburyport. All-Stars also included Kyla Story and Skylar Colburn. Honorable Mention to Mallory Johnson, Maddie January, and Jillian Giusto. Fantastic job, ladies!
