Update from WFXT TV – 17-year-old Lynn teen was arrested today in Marlborough in connection with the shooting of a 16-year old at a Wendy’s in January in Lynn.

Update- 4:30 p.m. – Essex County District Attorney’s Office
A Lawrence man was arrested Wednesday for the fatal shooting of another Lawrence man earlier this month, Essex County District Attorney Paul F. Tucker announced.
Hector Raul Aybar-Soto, 26, is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of 24-year-old Christopher Garcia in Lawrence on March 17.
Aybar-Soto will likely be arraigned on Thursday in Lawrence District Court.
The Lawrence Police Department received a series of 911 calls just before midnight on Friday, March 17, reporting shots fired and a man down near 216 Walnut Street.
Responding officers found Garcia suffering from a gunshot wound.
The murder has been investigated by members of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office State Police Detective Unit and detectives from the Lawrence Police Department.
