Peabody Police – 7:00 a.m. update – Due to an overnight water main break (unrelated to the recent bridge replacement), Endicott Street will be closed between Warren Street and Lowell Street until further notice.

Peabody Police – Tuesday Afternoon – Missing Person – Sebastiano Lubecki walked away from The Holiday Inn at 1 Newbury St (Rte 1), Peabody, MA at 2:00pm. Sebastiano is wearing Adidas pants (red), a grey puffy coat. If you see him, please call Peabody Police at 978.531.1212.

City of Salem – Mayor Dominick Pangallo announces that the City of Salem once again will offer free COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits. “I am proud the City is able to offer COVID test kits to Salem residents, businesses and employees once again this season,” said Mayor Pangallo, “As we head into the winter holidays this year, and we all gather with loved ones to celebrate, I encourage community members to take advantage of this opportunity to keep each other safe, and the holiday season healthy.”

The City will make these test kits available to residents, businesses, and employees.  The tests can be picked up at the Board of Health during the City’s normal business hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 8:00am-4:00pm, Thursdays 8:00am-7:00pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:00pm.

Up to five boxes of two test kits (for a total of ten rapid tests) will be available to each household while supplies last. For more information, please contact the Salem Board of Health at 978-741-1800.

National Weather Service – Weather History: December 13, 2007. We’re sure many of you remember this storm! People left work and school as the snow began late in the morning which caused gridlock on roadways, since plows were unable to clear the falling snow.

Manchester-Essex Athletics – Indoor Track: FINAL – Last night, the Hornets faced Ipswich in their first dual meet of the season. Both the Boys & Girls squads fell to Ipswich, but there were lot’s of great performances across the board including PR’s, AQ’s for Divisionals, and 1st place finishes.
