ROCKPORT – Former Rockport school committee member and current Rockport DPW Commissioner Bruce Reed is the main man in organizing and promoting the Music at the Beach Summer Concert Series. This series of free concerts takes place Mondays at the Back Beach Bandstand in Rockport from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
