Video: Meet Bishop Fenwick Girls Basketball Captains: Cecilia Kay, Kate McPhail, Tess Keenan

PEABODY (Video) For the three senior captains on this year’s Bishop Fenwick girls basketball team this may have been the best Fenwick in the past several years. Bishop Fenwick High School, this past fall, was banned by the MIAA from having any teams participate in MIAA post season play. This past week the Fenwick girls basketball team completed a 17-3 regular season when they won the Comcast Tournament in Woburn. Monday’s win in the championship game over Medfield (49-45) was their final game of the season. Senior Cecilia Kay and Sophomore Celia Nelson were named to the all-tournament team. Last Friday before the Comcast Tournament MSO Sports talked with the team’s three senior captains about their final season with Fenwick and the disappointment with not being able to compete in this year’s MIAA tournament.
