NORTH SHORE – John Pynchon is the coach of St. John’s Prep lacrosse, D1 State Boys’ Champions for the third time in a row; and Catherine Batchelder is the coach of Newburyport High Schoool, D3 Girls’ State Champions for the second time in school history.
The Prep finished with a record of 22-1 and the Clippers ended up at 21-2.
