GLOUCESTER – There was a break in today’s So’wester over Gloucester Harbor when a hurricane-eye-like opening appeared for about 15 minutes moving from SW to NE with bright sunshine and blue skies. After it was gone, ad around 1:45 p.m., the driving rain and wind resumed.
