GLOUCESTER – Recently, the Gloucester 400+ Committee invited 5 former mayors and the current mayor to reflect on their experiences before a packed audience at Gloucester City Hall. The result was an informal, relaxing conversation among Bill Squillace, Bruce Tobey, John Bell, Carolyn Kirk, and Greg Verga who all had stories to tell.
