Gloucester City Hall will be closed for the remainder of the week (May 8th to May 12th) while vendors work to clean up after the small fire last week. Minimal damage was incurred, but staff and contractors are working to clean up any smoke or water damage from the fire.
All other City offices will be open, including City Hall Annex, DPW, Police, and Fire. Residents should access City services online when possible and can contact City staff through email. Contact information for City staff can be found on the City’s website.
A phone line has been established for City Hall. To connect with City Hall staff, please call 978-325-5100 and your call will be directed to the appropriate staff member.
We are working closely with vendors specializing in archives, artwork, and technology to ensure we consider everything during this clean-up effort.
