MANCHESTER – Timothy St. Laurent has been named the new boys basketball coach at Manchester-Essex High School. Laurent was the head boys basketball coach at Rockport High School for eight years before stepping down for family reasons. Paul Murphy the school’s athletic director made the announcement this week stating, “Tim has a great knowledge of basketball and the Cape Ann League.” In a radio interview St. Laurent comments on getting the job and sharing his coaching philosophy as well a few of his local coaching influences.
