Weather – National Weather Service – Oppressive Heat & Humidity – A heat advisory is in effect starting at 11am Thursday. Heat indices will be 95°F-105°F. Make sure to stay hydrated if you have outdoor plans and don’t leave children or pets inside a parked vehicle

MBTA Commuter Rail Transportation Update – Thursday, August 4th through Sunday, August 7th, buses will replace regular train service between Beverly and North Station to allow for work on the signal improvement project. Train service will operate between Beverly and Newburyport/Rockport.

City of Lynn – Hey Lynn, while you’re out in the sun this summer, don’t forget to stop by our new sunscreen dispensers! There will be a total of 14 sunscreen dispensers distributed across several parks and playgrounds. Installations will be complete by Friday, August 5th
