Free Breastfeeding Support for New Mothers 👶 🤰The #GloucesterHealthDepartment now provides complimentary breastfeeding support to new and expectant mothers in the Gloucester and Cape Ann area. Our public health nurse, who is also a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC), is available for private in‑person or telephone consultations.
