City of Beverly – Beverly was awarded a Hazardous Materials Response Grant from the MA Department of Fire Services for $10,000 annually for ten years. Two Beverly firefighters serve on the state Hazardous Materials Response team.

St. Mary’s of Lynn – The St. Maryâs community worked together to successfully fundraise a total of $4,000 for the Martin Richard Foundation. Leaders of the fundraising efforts were presented with a giant check at our school-wide Mass.

Manchester-Essex Athletics – Softball: FINAL – The Hornets fall to a strong North Reading team. With the loss, the Hornets move to an overall record of 3-4, 2-3 in the CAL. Next up, the Hornets host Georgetown on Wednesday, 4/26. First pitch at 3:45 PM
