Three New Rides and a Kid Zone are Ready For Opening Day at the Topsfield Fair – Fair to Open Friday

TOPSFIELD – (Photo Gallery) Whether you prefer to slide, drop, or coast, the 2016 Topsfield Fair has you covered with three brand new rides.

There have been big slides at the Topsfield Fair before, but nothing like the Giant Slide set up for this year’s giant-slidefairgoers.  It is the largest slide ever to be at the fair at over 140′ long and 50′ high In fact, only two Giant Slides exist within New England and the Topsfield Fair has one of them.

If you are one of those kids (or kids at heart) that just can’t get enough, you will want to try the Hot Shot Drop Tower and experience free fall excitement. Fall from approximately 25′ in an exhilarating rush.

A brand new roller coaster will be making its debut at the Topsfield Fair. Standing over 3 1/2 stories tall and 150′ long, the Super Cyclone Roller Coaster is one of the largest portable roller coasters in New England. Ride with a friend or in groups of 4 as you are whisked around the track at exhilarating speeds.

Fiesta Shows, which manages the mid-way at the Topsfield Fair has also created a new Kid Zone.  It is designed for those kids old enough for some excitement but not tall enough for many of the mechanical amusement rides. This area, designed for children between the ages of 2-5, is equipped with cars, climbing equipment and a hay maze. Additional seating is provided for parents to sit and enjoy watching their kids in an enclosed area.

Fiesta Shows has been supplying wholesome family fun in the Mid-Way and Kiddie Land at the Topsfield Fair since 1950.  This 3rd generation company, based in Seabrook, New Hampshire is always looking for new ways to entertain fair goers.
