ROCKPORT – Heather Atwood tells the story of the Westport, MA. dairy farm that morphed from producing milk to producing world famous cheese. At the heart of the story: a pair of a pair of twin brothers (that’s two pairs of twin brothers in the same family), now known as the Shy Brothers. And, of course, Heather shares a recipe for Katie’s Cloumage Coffee Cake from Heather’s cookbook, “In Cod We Trust.”
