South Wins Agganis Football Game 24-7 Over North – Post Game Video Interviews – Photo Gallery

LYNN (Video – Photos) The Agganis All-Star football game was decided on a field goal with no time left in the first half by Max Rizza (39 yards) (St. John’s Prep) (Video below). The South scored first in the game on an option pass 61 yard pass from Karmarri Ellerbe (Everett) to Costa Beechin (Bishop Fenwick). The North would tie the game in the first quarter on a 2 yard pass from  Max Ciaramitaro (Triton) to Will Shannon (Masconomet). The halftime score was the South 10, North 7. Peabody’s Adam Paulino scored two second half touchdowns to lead the South to a 24-7 win. Will Shannon was named the MVP for the North while Adam Paulino was named the MVP for the South. Storms to the west of Manning Field looked to threaten the game in the second half but rain and then heavy rain held off until 15 minutes after the game ended.
