Ipswich lost a hard-fought game against Hamilton-Wenham today, falling 0-4 as the Generals scored two early goals and looked dangerous throughout. The Tigers worked back into the game in the second and third quarters but couldn’t quite match the intensity from the other side of the field.
Standouts for Ipswich include co-captain Lauren Waters, who worked tirelessly in the central midfield to create opportunities for her teammates, and co-captain Lauryn Whynott, who battled through injuries to keep the back line steady. The Tigers play Lynnfield at home on Monday morning.
