Salem Selects Dominick Pangallo as Mayor (52% of the vote) Topping Neil Harrington – Election Night Video

SALEM (Video – Photos) Dominick Pangallo will be the next mayor of Salem. Pangallo the former chief of staff for former mayor Kim Driscoll (now Lt. Governor) defeated former Salem Mayor and Salisbury town administrator Neil Harrington with 52.4% of the vote. The final vote totals; Pangallo 4829 (52.4%), Harrington 4387 (47.6%). Pangallo supporters and his family gathered Tuesday night at the Salem Hotel on Essex Street. Below is Pangallo’s address to supporters. In the video, Pangallo is introduced by Lt.
