Police News: Lynn Police Arrest Two Men on Drug Distribution Charges – Danvers Police Recognize 6th Grade DARE Poster Winners

LYNN – Lynn Police have announced through their facebook page the arrest of two men on drug distribution charges .Ruddy Santana and Kelvin Omar Garcia, both twenty three years old, were arrested yesterday on drug distribution charges. Lynn police officers assigned to a special warrant squad went to 40 Broad Street, apartment to locate Ruddy Santana, who was wanted on multiple outstanding default warrants. As Officers made inquiry at the address, an Officers knocked and a box was thrown from a window of Santana’s apartment which was retrieved and was found to contain (21) grams of a substance confirmed as Fentanyl. Santana was arrested at the address for the outstanding warrants and additionally charged with Trafficking of Fentanyl.

A search warrant was then executed at the address and a quantity of suspected “crack” cocaine, marijuana, a machete, cells phones, drug paraphernalia, and $2,496.00 dollars, were seized from the address and Omar Garcia was arrested for Distribution of Cocaine.
