WINTHROP – (Podcast) Bob DeFelice recently completed his 52nd year as head coach of the Bentley University Baseball program. In addition to coaching baseball DeFelice has served as the school’s athletic director since 1991. He will retire from the AD’s position at the end of this school year but plans to coach baseball for a few more seasons. DeFelice is 78 years old and has earned 809 career wins at Bentley. DeFelice was Winthrop High School’s football coach from 1970-1986 and graduated from Boston College in 1963. For complete biography click here
