WINTHROP – (Podcast) Winthrop football (6-4 / 3-1) will play at Revere (4-6 / 2-4) on Thanksgiving Day (10 a.m.) The Vikings are coming off a non-playoff win in their last game against North Reading (39-22) and prior to that they lost to Fairhaven (35-21) who will be facing Salem next week in the MIAA D6 Super Bowl. Revere did not start the season well, losing their first five games but since that time the Patriots have won four of their last five games. In this podcast Winthrop football coach Jon Cadigan reviews this team’s 2023 season while providing player updates and previews this week’s rivalry game at Revere.
