SALEM (Podcast) The City of Salem will be holding a primary election for Mayor on March 28th. This podcast is the first of a series of interviews with the candidates that will appear on the March ballot. Steve Dibble is a former Salem City Ward 7 Councilor. In 2021 Dibble ran unsuccessfully for Mayor against incumbent Kim Driscoll. Dibble has also served as Salem’s senior planner for 14 years.
