MARBLEHEAD (Podcast) State Representative Jenny Armini (8th Essex District) joins MSO News to discuss issues and legislation from the Massachusetts State House. Armini recently completed her first full year in office. In the podcast the Marblehead Democrat reflects on the accomplishments made by the legislature and discusses the budget concerns that are facing the state for fiscal year 2025. Armini outlines the tax package that passed last year and shares some of the benefits that were included in that bill to support seniors and students. Her office is also dealing with housing concerns based on the high costs of housing in her district. Representative Armini has also been active in finding solutions for the pollution issues at Kings Beach in Lynn and Swampscott.
