Podcast: Neil Harrington Qualifies for May Salem Mayoral General Election Ballot – Reaction Tuesday’s Second Place Finish

SALEM (Podcast) Former Salem Mayor and current Salisbury town administrator Neil Harrington came in second place in Tuesday’s mayoral primary election, and he has qualified to continue on to the May 16th general election. Harrington earned 32% of the vote in a five-person field trailing only Dominick Pangallo (43%), the former chief of staff to Mayor Kim Driscoll.
